The national index, adjusted by local data for your forward sortation area. Every figure carries the year of its source.
Same engine as the homepage — national index plus a local adjustment: housing pressure, insolvencies, provincial unemployment. A postal code returns the same score here and on beaverwatch.org.
Source dates — every line shows its year. Structural indicators come from the 2021 Census (Statistics Canada): the census runs every five years and is the finest data available by postal code. Insolvencies (OSB) and LMIA positions (ESDC) are from 2026.
LMIA positions — a Labour Market Impact Assessment authorizes an employer to recruit a given number of temporary foreign workers. It is not a count of workers present: each must then obtain a permit from IRCC, and some positions are never filled. The actual worker count is not published at any level finer than the province, so it cannot appear here. The location shown is the employer's business address, not necessarily the workplace. The list excludes employers named after a person.
Charter: no invented figures. A neighbourhood without data stays grey.
